The Concisity name, branding, and software are our property. Use doesn’t grant any ownership rights.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages.

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Concisity is operated, without regard to conflict of law rules.
